International deliveries and shipping is not accepted by our organization at all. We don’t accept any kind of international shipping, as we focus only on the markets of Singapore. We request all customers not to place any orders if they’re not residing within the territories of Singapore.

Deliveries generally take 3-4 business days in Singapore. We generally inspect every product before shipping it out or handing it over to our delivery partners. This process takes us 2 working days. The rest 1-2 working days are taken by our customers in Singapore.

The good news here is, we don’t charge any kind of delivery or shipping fees at all. There’s no minimum order value, and all the products you purchase from us, is completely free and hassle-free. All orders are delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Yes, you can return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be in original packaging when returned. Returns are available for items that are wrongly delivered, have any kind of defects, or are not fitting the customer.

There are no restocking fees available at all. Besides, we don’t charge anything for returns as well. All returns are managed by us only, as all you need to do is place a request with us. We will inform you about anything else that needs to be done.

Once a return is approved, you get two options. Either you can exchange your product or you can ask for a complete refund. In both cases, our team will guide you with the further steps that must be taken. Make sure to stay in touch with us always.

Yes, cancellations are available after order confirmation, but you need to act fast. Cancellations are only available until the order with us. After 2 business days we ship the order and cancellation requests will not be entertained after this. So, you can place a request only until the product has not been shipped.

There is no cancellation fee associated with any purchase. We want our customers to have an appropriate and satisfying experience with us, and therefore, we don’t charge them for any cancellations. However, make sure to place a request within the 2 business days timeframe.
