3. The Procurement Process: Cash on Delivery

Aestivonex utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD)  model to foster a relationship of trust and transparency with our community.

• Contract Formation: A binding agreement is formed once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email.
• Payment Execution: No digital payment is required at the time of checkout. You are obligated to provide the full cash amount to the delivery personnel upon the arrival of your handbag at your designated Singaporean address.
• Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusal to accept COD orders without valid justification (as outlined in our Return Policy) may result in the suspension of your ability to place future orders with Aestivonex.

4. Order Cancellation Protocol

We understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. However, our logistics chain is structured for efficiency.

• Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation only during the Internal Processing Phase . As established in our Shipping Policy, this phase lasts for 2 business days  following your order placement.
• Ineligibility: Once the handbag has been dispatched and handed over to our local courier partners (post the 2-day processing window), the order cannot be canceled.
• Procedure: To initiate a cancellation, you must email contact@aestivonex.com  within the 48-hour window. If the request is received before the item is marked as "Shipped," we will halt the process immediately.

5. Shipping and Delivery Standards

In alignment with our Shipping Policy:

• Timeline: Total delivery time stands at 3 to 4 business days , which includes the 2-day processing period and the 1 to 2-day transit period.
• Cost: All deliveries within Singapore are provided free of cost .
• Address Integrity: You are responsible for providing a precise and valid Singaporean address. Aestivonex is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate data entry.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our resolution framework is designed to meet Google Ads transparency standards and Singaporean consumer laws.

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Refund Method: Because we operate via COD, all refunds are processed through bank transfers .
• Data Collection for Refunds: In accordance with the PDPA , we will request your bank details via email (contact@aestivonex.com ) only when a refund is approved. This data is used exclusively for the transfer and is protected under our Privacy Policy.
• Timelines: We inspect returns within 1 business day . Approved refunds are initiated within 1 business day  of receiving your bank details. Please note that banks may take 9 to 10 business days  to reflect the amount in your account.
